PHSugar Terms & Conditions

By accessing, browsing, or using the PHSugar website located at phsugar.co (the "Platform"), or by registering an account, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms apply to all users of the Platform, including registered players, visitors, and any other persons who access or use the Platform in any capacity. If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of another person or entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that person or entity to these Terms.

PHSugar reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

To be eligible to register and use the PHSugar Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions:

• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are a natural person and not a corporation, partnership, or other legal entity registering on behalf of others;
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law;
• You are not an employee, director, officer, or agent of PHSugar, nor an immediate family member of any such person;
• You have not previously been excluded from the PHSugar Platform or had an account terminated for breach of these Terms;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for, or on behalf of, any third party;
• You are not suffering from a gambling addiction or have not been advised by a medical professional to refrain from gambling.

PHSugar reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any time and to request supporting documentation. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension or closure and forfeiture of any pending withdrawals pending investigation.

To access real-money games and betting services on PHSugar, you must create a registered account. Each individual may only hold one (1) active account on the Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and must update it promptly if any details change.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. PHSugar will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify PHSugar immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.

PHSugar reserves the right to refuse registration or to close any account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects fraudulent activity, identity misrepresentation, or breach of these Terms.

PHSugar supports deposits and withdrawals in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso and no currency conversion fees are applied by PHSugar.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits are generally credited to your PHSugar account within minutes of confirmation by the payment provider. PHSugar is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed by PHSugar within the timeframes specified on the Platform. Most withdrawals to GCash and PayMaya are completed within five (5) minutes. Bank transfers may take longer depending on the receiving institution's processing schedule. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200.

PHSugar reserves the right to conduct identity and source-of-funds verification before processing any withdrawal. You may be required to submit government-issued identification and supporting financial documents. Withdrawals will not be processed to third-party accounts — funds must be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit where technically possible.

PHSugar may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives to registered players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be published alongside each offer. In the event of any conflict between the general Terms and the specific bonus terms, the specific bonus terms shall prevail.

General bonus conditions applicable to all PHSugar promotions include:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only and may not be transferred, exchanged for cash, or combined with other offers unless expressly stated;
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn;
• PHSugar reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice;
• Abuse of bonuses, including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, collusion, or exploitation of software errors, will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure;
• PHSugar reserves the right to request additional verification before crediting or releasing any bonus funds.

All bets placed on PHSugar are subject to the specific game rules applicable to each product, which are displayed within the game interface or on the relevant game information page. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable game rules.

The following general betting rules apply across all PHSugar products:

• All bets are final once confirmed. PHSugar will not reverse or cancel a bet after it has been accepted by the system, except in cases of a manifest error;
• In the event of a technical failure or system error that affects the outcome of a game or bet, PHSugar reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to players;
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within the game interface. PHSugar reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time;
• PHSugar uses certified random number generators (RNG) for all applicable games. Game outcomes are independently audited to ensure fairness;
• For live dealer games and sports betting, additional rules specific to those products apply and are available within the relevant sections of the Platform.

PHSugar reserves the right to void any bet that it reasonably believes was placed in error, as a result of a system malfunction, or in breach of these Terms. In such cases, the stake will be returned to the player's account.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the PHSugar Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of account balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any other time;
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age;
• Engaging in any form of cheating, collusion, match-fixing, or use of automated software (bots) to place bets;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform for financial gain;
• Engaging in money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity through the Platform;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the Platform's software or systems;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing PHSugar staff or other players;
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other technology to circumvent geographic restrictions or to disguise your true identity or location;
• Selling, transferring, or otherwise disposing of your PHSugar account to any third party.

PHSugar is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing a safe, enjoyable environment for all players. We recognize that gambling can become harmful for some individuals and we take our duty of care seriously.

PHSugar provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit;
• Session Time Limits: Set limits on the duration of your gaming sessions;

All content on the PHSugar Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall design and layout of the Platform, is the property of PHSugar or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform;
• Modify or create derivative works based on Platform content;
• Use any data mining, robots, or similar data gathering tools on the Platform;
• Frame or mirror any part of the Platform without PHSugar's prior written consent.

Any unauthorized use of Platform content will constitute a breach of these Terms and may violate applicable copyright, trademark, and other laws. PHSugar reserves all rights not expressly granted in these Terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, PHSugar, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform.

PHSugar does not warrant that:

• The Platform will be available at all times or free from errors, bugs, or interruptions;
• Any defects in the Platform will be corrected;
• The Platform or the servers that make it available are free from viruses or other harmful components.

PHSugar's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your PHSugar account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

PHSugar collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

PHSugar is committed to protecting your personal information and complies with applicable Philippine data protection laws. We implement industry-standard security measures to safeguard your data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.

PHSugar will not sell your personal data to third parties. We may share your data with trusted service providers who assist us in operating the Platform, subject to appropriate data processing agreements and confidentiality obligations.

PHSugar reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time and without prior notice if:

• You breach any provision of these Terms;
• PHSugar suspects fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct associated with your account;
• You fail to provide satisfactory identity or age verification documents when requested;
• PHSugar is required to do so by applicable law, regulation, or order of a competent authority;
• Your account has been inactive for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months.

In the event of account closure due to a breach of these Terms, PHSugar reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance in your account. Where closure is not due to a breach, any verified balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method following completion of any applicable verification procedures.

You may close your account at any time by contacting PHSugar customer support. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days.

PHSugar reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, PHSugar will notify registered players via email or through a prominent notice on the Platform. The date of the most recent revision will be indicated at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the Platform after any amendments have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the PHSugar Platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the competent courts of the Philippines for final resolution.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent PHSugar from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent irreparable harm.
